Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy: 

We understand that situations change and we will accomodate a change in booking if your circumstances change. Since we forward book both the venue and our speakers travel internationally to be in London, if you cancel 14 days before the event start date, we will charge a 30% cancellation fee. If you need to cancel within 7 days of the event start date, we will give you a course credit which will count towards the next available course dates valid for until the end of the next  year but we cannot give you a refund.

Ten Point Trading is the owner of all and intellectual property rights  for any mateiral published or written on the website and any material that you download from any links or emails.

This material is protected by copyright laws of England an Wales and other treaties around the world. For your personal use, we give you the right to  print out a single copy in hard paper form of any of the material, downloads or pages on line for your  personal use only.

You must not reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate the information received through the Ten Point trading website or company to anyone or any company. You may not resue the information or use it for  commercial purposes without our express permission and this must be by written consent to our registered  office address.
